Ik volg een opleiding op het ROC, maar ga dit jaar starten aan de HKU met de studie Jazz pop gitaar. Verder heb ik hier hiervoor aan de UvA gestudeerd. Ik ben een rustige, nette man, die goed is in de omgang met andere mensen. Ik ben sociaal ingesteld. Ik ben werkzaam als CNC Programmeur en mijn inkomen is circa €3000 per maand. Daarnaast beschik ik over alle benodigde documenten. Ook heb ik een positieve verhuurdersverklaring over een periode van 4 jaar. Verder kan ik de borg meteen overmaken. Ook heb ik een groot spaarbedrag, waardoor ik bijv. huur kan vooruitbetalen Mijn ouders kunnen tevens garant staan voor de woning.
