We managed to keep the common areas clean at all times; therefore, I can confidently describe myself as a calm, tidy, and respectful tenant who does not smoke. We rarely had to contact the agency because there were no issues, and the rent was ALWAYS paid on time. I plan to find a part-time job, and I have full financial support from my parents.
