I am Lena, 20, from Germany and will be studying at DAE for the next four years, starting this September. I speak German, English, French and Romanian fluently (currently learning Dutch, Portuguese and Italian). I live vegan and love cooking for myself and others. I am also a licensed physiotherapeutic yoga teacher and am currently doing a massage therapy course. I grow my own herbs and recycle wherever I can. My favorite activities are moving, being in nature, climbing and learning new languages and skills. As a roommate/tenant, I am clean and very tidy and value communication and respect. Hallo! Mijn naam is Linde, ik kom net uit Maastricht, waar ik een honours bachelor in internationale politiek en internationaal recht heb afgerond. Vanaf september begin ik met mijn master Conflict Resolution and Governance aan de UvA, en ik heb er echt zin in om na jaren in een kleinere stad eindelijk in Amsterdam te wonen. Als huisgenoot ben ik sociaal en gezellig, maar ook georganiseerd en netjes. Ik kook en bak graag, en vind het fijn om af en toe samen te eten. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik naar de sportschool, lees ik, en doe ik graag creatieve dingen zoals schilderen en samen koken. Ik studeer ook graag met vrienden en wandel veel. Ik werk al jaren in de horeca en ben gewend om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk.

I'm coming to The Hague to pursue my master's studies in international relations and diplomacy at Leiden University, on the The Hague campus. My master's program lasts two years. As for me, I am French. I have lived in many countries with my parents. For the past three years, I have been in Montreal, Canada, where I studied for a bachelor's degree in political science and international development. I graduated this year with honors. During those three years, I lived with three friends in an apartment near the university.
