I will start my PhD in Utrecht so I am looking for a room/studio :) I am clean, responsible, and trustworthy, an ideal tenant if you're looking for someone who will take good care of your property. If we were to be housemates I am happy to have some dinners together, arrange some fun activity or just hang out when we feel like it but aslo respect each others space when not! I am fortunate to have a stable income and to count with my parents as guarantors, which ensures reliability in rent payments.
