Ik ben op zoek naar een woonplek in Groningen, de stad waar ik vandaan kom en waar ik ook gestudeerd heb. De afgelopen jaren heb ik gewerkt en gewoond in Utrecht en Berlijn en ben ik op reis geweest. Nu ben ik bezig met een omscholing: ik begin in september met de studie Toegepaste Psychologie aan de Hanze. Hier heb ik heel veel zin in, maar daar is natuurlijk wel een woonplek voor nodig. Ik ben 26 jaar en heb het studentenleven al een tijd geleden achter me gelaten. Ik ben sociaal, rustig en hou heel erg van een schoon huis. I'm an MSC Student of Food Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and I'm about to spend six months for an Erasmus Exchange Program at Wageningen University & Research institute. I'll start the program on next mid August, just to take part also to the Introductory Days for incoming students, and I'll finish by the end of January. I'm looking for an accomodation to stay during these 6 months and I do not need anything fancy or particular. My basic requirement is a room furnished with a mattress and a desk to study, which are the only things that I'm not able to carry with me from Italy. In general, I'm looking for a room characterized as follows: well kept and clean place, room as silent as possible to let me focus better while studying, university easily reachable by bike or by public transport, and not too many roommates (but I can relax on this last one). I also like social life, but I generally give more importance to my studies. I enjoy socializing with roommates, such as through talking about the culture in different countries, playing cardgames or videogames together, or cooking. Yet, when it comes to going outside too often (and coming back late), hosting unknown friends or having parties at home, this just stresses me a lot, especially next to the exam sessions. Hence, I try to keep a reasonable balance between studying and socializing.
