8547 Roommates in Netherlands

Hi I am very much interested to rent the room. I am a full funded world bank scholar starting my masters in Erasmus University Rotterdam and I am from Bangladesh. I am clean, tidy and responsible student solely focused to studies. I will move in from late August. I will need registration facility.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Mijn naam is Sam, ben 27 jaar en kom uit Hilversum. Ik ben op zoek naar een studio of kamer, het liefst in Hilversum. Momenteel werk ik 3-4 avonden per week en studeer in Utrecht bij de uni. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
