Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Twan en Jip, twee nuchtere Achterhoekers die een droom willen verwezelijken in de grote stad. Twan is student Human Resource Management en begint in februari aan zijn afstudeerstage in Amsterdam. Na deze periode zal hij fulltime aan het werk gaan. Jip heeft een studie Creative Business afgerond en is al langere tijd werkzaam in de TV-wereld als freelancer. Vanaf februari zal hij fulltime gaan werken. Qua financiën zijn wij stabiel. Indien gewenst kunnen wij meerdere maanden huur als borg vooruit betalen en daarnaast kunnen onze ouders garant staan. Currently, however, I'm on an exchange programme in China so I'm looking for a new place to live for when I return. A little about me: I'm a very sociable and easygoing Italian-German girl that enjoys hanging out with friends, spending time outside and always tries to find new things to do. My friends would describe me as an open-minded person, that smiles most of the time, although I might be quite shy and reserved in the beginning. Beste verhuurder, Onlangs kwam ik uw advertentie voor de woning tegen en ik wilde meteen contact opnemen, omdat de woning mij erg aansprak. Mijn naam is Lara, ik ben een 24-jarige vrouw die in de techsector werkt, met een maandelijks inkomen van €3400 (netto €2900) en daarnaast extra spaargeld en garantstellers in het buitenland. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Ankara, Turkije, maar woon inmiddels al meer dan zes jaar in Nederland. Ik heb mijn bachelor in Tilburg gedaan, mijn master in Enschede, en woon nu in Utrecht, waar ik werk als Technology Consultant met een vast contract. Sinds mijn zeventiende heb ik zelfstandig of met huisgenoten gewoond, en met velen van hen heb ik nog steeds een hechte band.
