I am an experienced tenant and am using to paying invoices on time, taking care of the space, and communicating quickly and efficiently with the landlord/agency and my neighbors. I currently work part time and have access to DUO subsidies in addition to my parent acting as a substantial guarantor if needed to make sure there are no issues with payments.

Ik ben Samantha en ben 36 jaar. Ik ben nu bijna 1 jaar gescheiden en woon nog bij mijn ex in huis. Helaas is de situatie niet meer houdbaar waardoor ik echt een plek voor mijzelf zoek. Ik heb 3 kinderen, maar die verblijven zo lang ik geen eigen plek heb bij mijn ex en zal ik ze dus alleen om het weekend zien.
