Xx Op dit moment is er geen kamer beschikbaar. Xx Wij zijn een gezin (een vader, 2 dochters 23/25, studentes). Ze wonen op kamers in Den Haag en Leiden en studeren aan een universiteit. We hebben ervaring met het verhuur van kamers, ook voor een van de buren in de straat wat voor beide partijen goed was bevallen. Ruim 6 maanden lang hebben studentes uit Polen, Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Chili, Nederland, Turkije, Slovakia, Frankrijk, Indonesië en studerend in Leiden en Den Haag hier een kamer gehuurd. Er zijn 2 privékamers voor studenten beschikbaar en soms tijdelijk een kamer die voor een korte periode als wisselkamer wordt gebruikt. Dit adres is eerder gescreend door TakeCareBnB/Rode Kruis en de eigenaar heeft een VOG-verklaring vanwege meerdere opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen maar die zijn inmiddels elders onder gebracht. Delen van het huis wordt op dit moment verduurzaamd en gerenoveerd, maar we proberen zo min mogelijk het overlast te beperken. De aangeboden kamers zijn klaar voor gebruik en waren tot voor kort verhuurd aan een studente uit Spanje/Chili en Polen. Referenties zijn beschikbaar. Vanwege de samenstelling van het gezin en inrichting van het huis, willen we enkel een studente van het vrouwelijke geslacht die Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt. Voldoe je daar niet aan, dan heeft het geen zin om te reageren. Mijn Engels is matig/redelijk maar communiceren lukt prima. De sfeer is heel relaxed en behalve huishoudelijke afspraken kan je lekker jezelf zijn. Je zal je snel thuisvoelen en een introductieprogramma rond Leidschendam is mogelijk. Ook is er een kaart beschikbaar waarmee je gratis of met korting naar sommige musea kan gaan. Westfield The Mall is een van de grootse winkelcentra van Europa en is 10 minuten fietsen hier vandaan en in de omgeving is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. In 30 minuten sta je in het centrum in Den Haag of sta je op het strand in Scheveningen. Gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasmiddel is inbegrepen. My English is not perfect and good communication is necessary if you live in 1 house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are few rules except for household arrangements. Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade (Zuid-Limburg) en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Bekijk zeker mn foto's ! ! Ik ben een vrij rustig persoon, maar niet ongezellig (hoop ik). Ik spreek graag met vrienden af om wat te eten of om te sporten: ik boulder graag met hun, heb lang gevoetbald (en als vrijwilliger gewerkt als jeugdtrainer) en doe ook aan krachttraining. Buiten sportieve hobby's ben ik ook graag creatief bezig: naaien, video-editen (je ziet me in een kantooroutfit in Heerlen-Centrum voor een videoproject) en grafisch ontwerp zijn allemaal dingen waar ik me bezig heb gehouden. Verder ga ik ook graag naar concerten: ik luister veel genres, maar de concerten waar ik heenga zijn vooral opkomende artiesten in de underground rap of edm scene (2hollis, fakemink, Frost Children, Underscores, etc..). Ik hoef niet per se een fan te zijn om mee te gaan, ga namelijk ook vaak gewoon met vrienden naar artiesten die ik niet goed ken. Het feit dat ik vrij rustig zal zijn komt ook doordat ik een gefocust student ben: het gymnasium heb ik met een 8,8 afgerond. Ik heb lang gezeten bij de debatvertegenwoordiging van school en heb veel gedaan met MEP (Model European Parliament). Ook heb ik meegedaan aan Olympiades, het Technasium (O&O) afgerond en veel wedstrijden (bv. wiskunde wedstrijden) gedaan voor school. Verder ben ik als Chinees in Nederland opgegroeid: thuis spreken we Chinees en eten we Chinees. Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk. Aangezien mn ouders erg lang en tot laat werken, heb ik altijd al een grote verantwoordelijkheid gedragen voor het schoonhouden van het huis. Als lezer wil ik u/jou vooral meegeven dat ik, ongeacht wat er van mij verwacht wordt als huurder, me goed kan aanpassen aan de wensen van de verhuurder.
