Hello! I am a prospective international student from Norway looking for an affordable, small, furnished room or apartment in Leiden and around. I am tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, and I will not be bringing many belongings with me. As an international student, it is important that I am able to register at the address with the municipality (for my BSN). I am looking for long-term accommodation with a budget of up to €1000 per month (utilities included). I can provide proof of financial stability, including a bank statement and a guarantor. I am also be able to provide my university admission letter. My rent will be financially supported through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund, and I also have personal savings. I am happy to provide identification or any additional information if needed, and I am available for online viewings. I am available for a physical viewing on August 10th. Hi, My name is Ben Elias Opdenplatz. I'm 20 years old and currently looking for a long-term place in Leiden, where I'll start my Bachelor's in Psychology this autumn. Right now I'm enjoying the last months of my voluntary year in Argentina, where I live together with 30 teenage boys and accompany them through their daily life. This experience is actually what made me want to study psychology – it made me realize I want to work with and for people later on. In my free time I enjoy sports, reading, socializing and learning new things, such as languages. I'm really looking forward to some housemates teaching me Dutch :) I'd describe myself as responsible and easy to live with: I take care of my share of the chores, and since I know living closely together works best when everyone pitches in, I try to be considerate in the shared spaces.
