Ik heb 4 jaar in Utrecht (en Australië) gestudeerd en ben net terug van een reis door Zuidoost-Azië (o.a. naar mijn opa’s geboorteplek). Nu kijk ik uit naar een nieuw thuis in Nijmegen. Iets meer over mijzelf: Ik ben nieuwsgierig, betrouwbaar, netjes en positief ingesteld. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak te vinden op de boulderwand, achter de piano, in musea/theater of trek ik er graag op uit in de natuur (het liefste in de bergen). Ik ben flexibel in wat ik zoek: een gezellige plek met huisgenoten bij wie je kunt aankloppen, met wie je samen kookt of spelletjes speelt, lijkt me leuk! Maar ik voel me ook helemaal op m’n plek in een rustigere setting.

Hi, my name is Archie and I’m 19 years old. I’m originally from Spain, with British/Spanish parents - I’m fully bilingual. I’m moving to Eindhoven to study Industrial Engineering at TU/e and I’m looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home while I focus on my degree. Before starting university I spent a gap year solo-travelling through South America, working in Maui and honing my surf skills, and spending a month in Bali surfing twice a day and meeting travellers from all over the world. It was an incredible experience that taught me a lot about independence, adaptability, and looking after myself (and others) wherever I am. I’m a responsible and tidy person; I take good care of shared spaces and respect the home I live in. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. I’m also pretty handy when it comes to DIY, so small things that need fixing are never a problem! Outside of my studies, I’m very active and love sport - tennis, kitesurfing, foil, surfing, skiing, wakeboarding, and hiking are all part of my life. I also have a real passion for food - I love cooking and eating well, with a good mix of Spanish and British influences thrown in.
