Since I am relocating for my studies, I am currently looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home from August to February. I will be moving in alone. Regarding my financial situation, my exchange is fully secured and supported by my family. My father is acting as my financial guarantor for this trip and can gladly provide official proof of income, bank statements, or any other necessary documentation to demonstrate complete financial stability and guarantee that rent will always be paid exactly on time. As a person, I’m sociable and get along well with others. I really enjoy talking with all kinds of people, but I also value my privacy and enjoy quiet moments alone to recharge.
