Ik ben Leonie, 20 jaar, ik kom uit Tilburg en in september begin ik met de opleiding Muziektherapie op de HAN. Ik ben een vrolijke, zorgzame, sociale (en opgeruimde) meid die de Brabantse gezelligheid met zich meeneemt. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging. I am not argumentative at all, I just like my own time and space, therefore if my co-tenants are clean and do not scream at random times at night, I will definitely bond with them and cause 0 issues. In my 5 years of house sharing, I never ever had issues with my flatmates or house owners. What else, I am relatively handy so I can definitely fix some basic issues in the house that need a fast look or assess the damages before calling a licensed handy men, which proved to be quite useful in some instances (I lived with some Spanish girls that had super long hair and I had to unclog the shower and change the sink a few times due to the hair going everywhere). I cannot guarantee that I will always know what to do in case something broke, but things happen and I can at least make sure we do not make it worse. What else, I am a very quiet and yet very extroverted person, or very talkative and introverted on some other days, an unusual combination I guess. Lastly, I will study management of cultural diversity at Tilburg, this to say that I do know how to talk and live respectfully both with men and women or with people of different cultures so you do not have to worry about not knowing how the other tenants will react to me. I cannot guarantee we will be best friends but I can guarantee that 0 complaints are going to come because of me!
