In the summer of 2024, he moved to Rotterdam to pursue a Master’s degree in Econometrics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He will be graduating this summer and is planning to continue his professional career in the Netherlands. Financially, we are well-supported: in addition to my scholarship with living expenses coverage, both our parents in Turkey are acting as our financial guarantors. My mother and father are both lawyers with over 30 years of experience, each running their own law practice. In addition to her legal work, my mother is also a certified mediator. She personally owns eight properties in Turkey, five of which generate rental income. Their combined monthly income is approximately €7,000. Gokcen’s father is a retired civil engineer, and his mother is a retired teacher. Together, they own seven properties in Turkey, which generate a total monthly rental income of approximately €6,000. If preferred, we are happy to offer the payment for the full annual rent in advance to provide further assurance.
