I love doing sports such as rock-climbing and playing/listening to music and am a very environmentally conscious person. Regarding rent payments, both my employed parents will handle it and be my guarantors, so you will have no issues when it comes to payments. My preferred rental period would be at least a full year. I have been living this past year in a shared mixed gender flat, and I am a very friendly, open-minded and clean person, always taking care of the property. I don't drink or smoke, and maintain healthy habits and a very strict cleaning schedule and will maintain the property in top shape. As for languages, I am a fully native bilingual speaker (English and Spanish) and I have been learning Dutch for over a year now, and I plan to do intensive language courses throughout the summer, as I intend to integrate well into Dutch culture.
