Hi, My name is Eva, and I am an 18-year-old student from Bucharest, Romania. I have been accepted to study Architecture at TU/e, starting in September 2026. I am very excited to begin this new chapter in the Netherlands and am now looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live while I focus on my studies. Architecture has been a strong interest of mine for a long time because it combines creativity, problem-solving, design, and the way people interact with the spaces around them. Outside of school, I enjoy drawing, reading, spending time in nature, and staying active through outdoor activities and sports. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too!
