I always pay my rent on time and take care of my living space. I value a tidy living environment and make sure to keep common areas clean. I'm organized and understand the importance of being respectful to my roommates. Building good relationships with them is important to me. I'm easy-going and adaptable. As a student, I spend a lot of time studying, so I appreciate a quiet environment. At the same time, I'm quite sociable and fun to be around. I don't smoke or drink. In my free time, I like going for a walk or car ride, watching a good movie, or cooking something tasty. In the summer I teach kitesurfing. I like exploring new places and listening to music.
