Beste lezer Mijn naam is Noes Veldhuizen, ik ben 18 jaar oud en eerstejaars student Illustratie aan de Willem de Kooning Academie (WDKA) in Rotterdam. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een nette en rustige woonruimte, bij voorkeur dicht bij het centrum van de stad vanwege mijn studie. Mijn huidige huurcontract loopt af begin maart, dus ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe plek vóór die datum. Ik heb eerder met huisgenoten samengewoond en weet goed hoe belangrijk het is om een prettige en respectvolle woonomgeving te hebben. Ik ben een georganiseerde en nette persoon, en ik hecht veel waarde aan een schone en verzorgde leefomgeving. Dit jaar verhuisde naar Nederland, na mijn hele leven in het buitenland te hebben gewoond. Dit wordt dus mijn eerste keer wonen in Nederland, en ik kijk er erg naar uit om me hier te vestigen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden kan mijn vader – die werkzaam is bij de ambassade – garant staan voor de huur. Mocht u hier meer informatie over willen, dan hoor ik dat uiteraard graag.
