Mijn zoon Kirill (19) is eind augustus begonnen met zijn studie aan Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in Apeldoorn. Kirill is een nette internationale student die de woning zeker schoon zal houden. Hij is opgeruimd, hygiënisch, verantwoordelijk en hij rookt niet. Kirill is de enige bewoner/huurder. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen.
