My name is Amélie. I am 28, French and Canadian, grew up in Montréal. I have been living in Amsterdam since 2020. I studied curating at the UvA, did my internship at Stedelijk Museum and worked at Museum van Loon. Mijn Nederlands is niet goed maar ook niet slecht. Ik wil heel veel oefenen. While i’m completing an art history research project, I’m a cultural coordinator for a study abroad programme in partnership with the VU. I am also training to become a pilates teacher. I work from the office, often spend my evenings at the cinema or at pilates classes. On the weekends, I love to go to markets and visit exhibitions. I’m also part of a bookclub with a group of lovely women. I’m a very easy going person, I love to cook and have a good sense of humour. Otherwise, I’m very independent and reliable. I love interior design and put a lot of love in the apartment I live in. I’m looking for a cozy house where I can relax, cook nice meals and perhaps even share it with my flatmates.
