Hi! Starting in September 2026, I will begin my MSc in Space Engineering at the Technical University of Delft. I am interested in renting a property in order to have an accommodation for the duration of my studies, that would cover approximately two years. I am willing to start the rent as soon as possible, and pay a few months worth of rent in advance if necessary. I am looking for at least 6 months of rent, though 12 would be better, and 24 would be ideal. I will be moving to the Netherlands from Faenza, in Italy, where I currently live with my parents and my brother in a house we own. I graduated my BSc in December 2025, at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Bologna; during my bachelor years I took part in a student rocketry project as a technical department leader, and contributed to the participation of my team to the European Rocketry Challenge 2025 in Portugal. I am a calm, quiet and respectful person. I have no pets, I do not smoke, nor do I play any instruments, and I am confident that I will be a reliable and responsible tenant. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving.
