Hi, I'm Joshua (25). I graduated from my master's program in work and organizational psychology at Tilburg University. Now, I work full-time at FedEx as a Project Manager for strategic projects in the European Union. With a permanent contract, paying rent on time should not be a problem. I am currently based in Rotterdam West and need to move out because my lease is ending and there is no chance of extending. As a roommate, I have a lot of experience as I have shared multiple homes with many people in Russia, the Netherlands, India Italy, and Lebanon. Thus it goes without saying I can navigate the complexity of cross-cultural communication and can bond with my roommates from all across the world. I do understand that conflicts can still happen, but my educational background and experience allow me to be proficient in conflict management so that both parties are satisfied. As a person I am very open and sociable, I love to talk and meet new people! I am extremely open-minded and I value other's feedback/opinions. Additionally, I also love a clean environment and I always make it a point to clean up after myself, (e.g.I make sure to take some extra time to clean up after I cook so that the kitchen is clean for the next person to use it) because I respect my roommates and want to keep it clean for them to use.
