Ook onderneem ik veel met vrienden, waarvan een groot deel al in Utrecht woont, zo eten we doordeweeks regelmatig samen en duiken we in het weekend vaak het terras op. Verder kijk ik 's avonds graag een (slechte) film of lees ik een boek.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Hi, I'm Joshua (25). I graduated from my master's program in work and organizational psychology at Tilburg University. Now, I work full-time at FedEx as a Project Manager for strategic projects in the European Union. With a permanent contract, paying rent on time should not be a problem. I am currently based in Rotterdam West and need to move out because my lease is ending and there is no chance of extending. As a roommate, I have a lot of experience as I have shared multiple homes with many people in Russia, the Netherlands, India Italy, and Lebanon. Thus it goes without saying I can navigate the complexity of cross-cultural communication and can bond with my roommates from all across the world. I do understand that conflicts can still happen, but my educational background and experience allow me to be proficient in conflict management so that both parties are satisfied.
