Hi! We're Marcos and Helena, looking for housing in Zwolle, either separate rooms or a shared apartment, we're flexible either way. We'd love to move in as soon as possible. We're both starting a Master's program at ArtEZ this September, combining our studies with part-time work here in Zwolle. Marcos already has a part-time job at a restaurant in the city, and Helena has retail work experience. Both of us can provide proof of income through our work contracts, and we also have family support backing us up financially, so rent won't be an issue. We're calm, quiet, and tidy people. We don't smoke and don't have pets. In our free time we enjoy relaxed, low-key activities: Marcos is into indie video games, jazz, and creative hobbies like drawing, crafts, and crochet; Helena loves reading and watching series. Neither of us is looking for a party lifestyle. We value a peaceful home. We're currently taking Dutch lessons and can already get by with basic Dutch, with plenty of motivation to keep improving. This would be our first time renting outside our parents' home, so we don't have previous landlord references yet, but we're responsible, communicative, and looking for a stable place to stay long-term, ideally more than just one academic year. Daarnaast speel ik regelmatig optredens door heel Nederland, die vaak laat eindigen wanneer er geen OV meer rijdt. Een kamer in de Randstad zou mij daarom veel reistijd besparen en het een stuk makkelijker maken om mijn studie, werk en muziek te combineren. Daarnaast kijk ik er erg naar uit om weer zelfstandig te wonen. Ik ben op korte termijn beschikbaar en kan snel verhuizen wanneer er een geschikte plek beschikbaar komt. Wat voor huisgenoot ben ik?
