Good day, I would like to take this moment to introduce myself. My name is Marcel Els, and I have recently come over from South Africa on a temporary work contract with Otto workforce EU. Through the Otto workforce EU agency, I am currently working at the Albert Heijn Distribution Centre in Pijnacker. While I do currently have accommodation as supplied by Otto Workforce, I find myself enamoured with the country. This means that I will be endeavouring to bring my fiancée over so that we can start a new life here. To this end, I will need to find accommodation that is more suitable for the two of us as a couple. Ideally, we would like to find a place either in Delft or Rotterdam, closer to Pijnacker, in order to access my current work better. I do intend to seek more permanent employment closer to the end of my contract and feel that the indicated location is well-positioned for me to do so I am a German passport holder and EU citizen, but grew up in South Africa, hence am currently only fluent in English and Afrikaans - a derivative of the Dutch language. As I am only recently relocated to the Netherlands (September 2025), the only rental reference I have would be from my previous accommodation in South Africa and my current rental contract via Otto Workforce. On a personal level, I consider myself to be a God-fearing individual, trustworthy and reliable, with strong moral convictions. In South Africa, I was also a registered professional athlete, leading to exposure with many different people. This experience has allowed me to learn how to integrate within any community and to actively contribute to the same in a positive manner. My fiancé and I look forward to the prospect of starting a new and prosperous life here in the Netherlands and would therefore be grateful for your kind consideration as Lettors for your available property.
