I am currently looking for a quiet, long-term place where I can fully focus on my studies for the next 3 years. Financial stability is fully secured: my parents will act as guarantors; they have a stable income and savings. We can promptly provide all necessary financial documentation. Ideally, I need the accommodation from mid-August, but I am available to start paying rent early, as of July or even June.
