I'm 27 years old, and I'm originally from Finland. I work as a Research Analyst at Prinses Maxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie with a yearly income of 44 350e, holiday pay and 13th month included. I'm looking for an apartment to rent by myself due to a breakup, and would like to start renting as soon as possible. As a tenant I'm very neat and calm. My hobbies include learning coding, reading, baking, and learning Dutch. I have never received any complaints of any disturbance, and I don't smoke or have any pets. Hi everyone! I’m Nils, 24, and about to start my Master’s degree (Modern and Contemporary History) in Utrecht after wrapping up my Bachelor’s in Political Science and History. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in gastronomy as a bartender and waiter – first in my father's restaurant back in Nuremberg and later while studying in Mainz. It keeps me on my toes, makes me easy to talk to, and taught me how to actually keep things clean without being weird about it. Having lived in WGs for the past 4 years, I know how shared flats work: I completely respect personal space, but I’m always down for cooking together, grabbing a cold beer, or having a good chat in the kitchen (I also love cooking for people while trying out new recipes). When I’m not studying or working, I’m usually into photography, music, and politics.
