We are a quiet and responsible couple from the Czech Republic, both starting our full-time university studies in Amsterdam in September 2026. We are looking for a long-term studio or 1-bedroom apartment for two people in Amsterdam or the surrounding area. Our parents will act as financial guarantors and can provide proof of stable income and all required documents. We are non-smokers, have no pets and will take very good care of the property. We are ready to move in from the end of August and can proceed quickly if we find a suitable home.

Ze waren bijna als ouders voor mij en we onderhouden nog steeds contact. Deze ervaring heeft me in staat gesteld me gemakkelijk aan te passen aan nieuwe situaties en snel de cultuur en taal van het land dat zijn deuren voor mij opent te leren. Ik werk nu al zes maanden bij PostNL en ben gewend aan discipline en fysieke inspanning. Ik ben niet een roker, wat ik als een extra waarde beschouw voor elke woning. Ik geef er de voorkeur aan alleen te wonen, omdat ik erg schoon en ordelijk ben. Wanneer ik een woning deel, eindig ik altijd met het schoonmaken voor mijn huisgenoten, en dat is geen aangename situatie voor mij. Daarnaast heb ik een grote interesse om meer te leren over de Nederlandse cultuur en taal. Sinds ik zes maanden geleden naar Nederland ben gekomen, heb ik niet de gelegenheid gehad om de taal te leren vanwege mijn werkomgeving en woonomgeving, omdat ik altijd omringd ben door buitenlanders. Ik ben erg enthousiast om te beginnen met het leren van de Nederlandse gewoonten en taal en me zo snel mogelijk te integreren. Met huisgenoten vind ik het leuk om af en toe een praatje te maken of iets gezelligs te doen, zoals samen eten of iets ondernemen, maar ik vind het ook prima als iedereen gewoon zijn eigen ding doet.
