Hello! I am a prospective student at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen starting September, and I'm looking for a room to rent for the duration of my studies. I will be studying international relations, which is a subject I'm very passionate about! To pursue this, I am looking for accomodation starting this summer or fall. I've lived in flatshares for most of my previous studies, so I'm well-accustomed to living with others! I've also lived in a lot of different countries before - Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, India and Japan for example. I love getting to know new countries, new people and overall, cultural exchange and openness are very important to me when living abroad, especially towards the host country. As a roommate, I value exchange, respect and cleanliness in my sleeping area. I believe communication on how to live together comfortably is key. Is there a cleaning plan, or not? Do we value spending time together, or more of a private living arrangement? Beyond that, I have a dust allergy, so I keep my room very clean. Financially, I have always been a very reliable tenant. I am a 23-year-old architecture-student from Hamburg. In August I am starting my Masters in Arch at the TU Delft and am looking for accommodation for roundabout 2 years, as this is the duration of my study-programme (shorter rent period is fine too though). I am experienced with living alone as well as living with roommates and have never had negative encounters with landlords or my roommates (if anything I've found my best friends in my last shared apartment).
