We were employed by the same veterinary clinic for the past year, and now both of us are starting positions at two independent veterinary hospitals in Amsterdam. Our contracts run until June 2027. Our combined gross monthly income is €6,660, and we will be happy to provide our payslips from the last three months. For the past year, we have been renting an apartment in Delfzijl. We truly take care of the place we live in – we have even renovated our current apartment ourselves and treat it as if it were our own. We have always paid our rent on time and take our responsibilities as tenants seriously. Our profession requires constant learning and development, so after work, we often spend time studying and improving our skills. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Hai! Ik ben Liske, nu nog 17 jaar en vanaf komend studiejaar ga ik Chemische Technologie studeren. Op dit moment woon ik nog in Brabant, waar ik ook actief ben bij scouting. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang atletiek gedaan, dus ik ben graag actief bezig. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik ook veel met muziek bezig: ik speel slagwerk in een orkest. Geen zorgen trouwens — ik ben niet van plan een drumstel mee te nemen naar mijn kamer 😉. Het is vooral melodisch slagwerk wat ik doe. Verder hou ik van lezen, tekenen en een gezellige bordspelavond (ik heb toegang tot een bordspelbibliotheek van meer dan 800 spellen).
