Hii, Ik ben Marli, 18 jaar, woon nu in Made, maar hopelijk niet voor lang meer.... Ik zal komende maand beginnen aan de bachelor Humane Neurowetenschappen. Ik speel al 12 jaar volleybal en heb de laatste 5 jaar daarbij ook training gegeven aan de jongste leden. Verder besteedde ik mijn vrije tijd graag in een deuk van het lachen met vriendinnen en een feestje hier en daar kan natuurlijk niet ontbreken🍻 Genoeg basis info over mij, jullie willen natuurlijk weten waarom ik jullie nieuwe huisgenoot zou moeten worden. Ik hou van een netjes huis/kamer en dus ben ik ook zeker iemand die tussendoor even opruimt. Tegelijkertijd wordt er in huis natuurlijk gezellig geleefd dus vind ik het ook geen probleem als het een gezellig zooitje is na een gezellige avond of een drukke week. Ik hou van gezelligheid, samen kletsen en lachen, maar vind het net zo belangrijk dat je bij elkaar terecht kunt voor een goed, serieus, vertrouwd gesprek. Ik vind het nu erg leuk om anderen thuis uit te nodigen en te zorgen voor iets lekkers, dus zal ik ook met veel plezier plannen maken om een avondje weg te gaan of spontaan te koken om met zo veel mogelijk samen te eten. Omdat jullie waarschijnlijk na dit verhaal nog steeds denken “Oke leuk, maar wie is ze nou écht?”, sluit ik af met 3 gekke feitjes over mezelf; - Ik kan veel/hard lachen (op een gezellige manier natuurlijk), maar soms is het iets té hard, waardoor ik er eens de klas voor ben uitgestuurd🙉 - Ik ga zorgvuldig met mijn spullen om, maar mijn telefoon kwijt raken midden in het bos tijdens kamp, tja kan gebeuren🙈 - Ik lust eigenlijk vrijwel alles, totdat ik in een gastgezin in Afrika een maaltijd voorgeschoteld kreeg, toen heb ik uiteindelijk toch een smoes moeten bedenken om het niet helemaal op te eten🙊 Kortom, ik ben graag onder de mensen, zorgzaam, probeer nieuwe dingen en ben veel bezig, maar ook zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk. Hopelijk kan ik dan snel nu zeggen dat ik woon in Nijmegen!

Ik zoek leuke plek om er ook te wonen, want elke dag ruim vijf uur reistijd vanuit Zeeland is niet te doen. Afgelopen jaar heb ik tijdens mijn tussenjaar n de winter skiles gegeven in Oostenrijk en in de zomer bij de animatie op een camping gewerkt. Bij allebei deelde ik een huis samen met leeftijdsgenoten en dat is me prima bevallen. Ik vind het gezellig om mensen in de buurt te hebben en bijvoorbeeld samen te koken, te eten, een spelletje te doen of de stad in te gaan. Tegelijkertijd kan ik ook prima mijn eigen ding doen zelf in mijn kamer. Het me gezellig om in een leuk studentenhuis te wonen, maar ik zou ook heel blij zijn met een studio of kamer bij een hospita in huis. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik veel van muziek, ik speel piano en een beetje gitaar. Ik ben ook graag een beetje sportief bezig, dus ga ik in Nijmegen ook weer roeien. Ik ben vrolijk, sociaal, best opgeruimd, rook niet en een schoonmaakrooster is voor mij ook geen probleem.

Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football).
