I’m Uxue, a 22 year old spanish girl. I’m a fashion student and I’m starting a design internship at O’neill this fall. I’m looking for a place to stay for 6 months starting on September. I’m a very clean, quiet and respectful person; I love reading and anything art related as well as sports and outdoorsy plans. Hi, I’m moving from Germany to Delft or The Hague to start my master’s in Applied Mathematics at TU Delft. Outside university, I’m really into sports. At the moment that mostly means running and cycling, but I’m generally up for trying pretty much anything and have been thinking about picking up football again. I’m also a big fan of spontaneous plans, whether that means going for a run, heading to the park, cooking dinner together or grabbing a beer somewhere. I like learning new things and can easily get drawn into a good discussion or some random topic I suddenly want to understand. Recently I’ve also picked up reading again after some peer pressure from friends, and I’m actually enjoying it. I’m using the rest of August to learn as much Dutch as I can. I’m still a beginner, but I’d like to improve quickly once I’m living there and can actually use it every day. I’ve already lived in a shared apartment during my bachelor’s, so I know what it’s like to share a home with other people. Ideally, I’d like to live somewhere where people occasionally cook together, hang out or spontaneously do something, rather than just sharing a kitchen and never seeing each other. At the same time, I’m perfectly happy doing my own thing as well. Right now I’m mainly hoping to find a place where I can settle in before the semester starts.

About me: I am Bernardo, but everyone calls me Bernie, I am 21 years old (22 in August :)), I am from Portugal and this will be my second year living abroad in the Netherlands, as a student. To continue my MSc in Biomedical engineering at the university of the Twente, I will be doing an internship at the Radboud University Medical Center from September to January (winter semester). For this reason, I am looking for housing approximately within that period! I am used to shared living, and I am absolutely comfortable living with any gender. I like to socialize and chill with my roommates, whether to do more cozy activities like playing games, watching movies and cooking or to grab a drink and go on a night out. In terms of shared living, I would say that I am a respectful person, always being aware of the noise I make, while being tidy and give my roommates their space!
