In terms of preferences, we are looking for a furnished or semi-furnished house or apartment with at least three bedrooms, preferably close to the university or with good public transport connectivity. Our ideal move-in date would be late July or early August, and we are hoping for a long-term rental arrangement for the duration of our studies.
