I am a driven and ambitious student from Morocco currently pursuing a master's degree in Cyber Security in Eindhoven. Having lived in Eindhoven for a year, I have become familiar with the city's vibrant culture and community. In addition to my academic pursuits, I like to go out on runs in the various parks in the city every couple of days. I am fluent in English, French and Arabic, and currently still learning Dutch. I don't have any pets , and I don't smoke or drink. I enjoy cooking my own meals and do not mind sharing them with friends and roommates. I also I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space and am respectful of others' belongings and personal space. During my free time time, I like to read, watch shows and movies, and i play video games on my pc on the weekends, but I spend most of my time studying since the degree I am pursuing is pretty demanding . Beste lezer, verhuurder Mijn naam is Bart, 36 jarige man. De reden dat ik op zoek ben naar nieuwe woonruimte is omdat ik in mijn huidige woning plaats moet maken voor de zoon van de verhuurder. In deze tijd & met de staat van de woningmarkt een begrijpelijke keuze; hoe jammer ook voor mij. Een beetje over mij als persoon. Ben een alleenstaande man van 36 die geboren en getogen is in de omgeving Rotterdam. Geboren in Capelle en het grootste deel van mijn volwassenen leven gewoond en gewerkt in de stad. Mijn huidige werk is het coördineren van 2 openbare keukens van stichting gaarkeuken van Rotterdam. Een vrijwilligersorganisatie die kookt en eten verstrekt aan mensen die daar zelf niet toe in staat zijn of het geld er niet voor hebben. Dankbaar en mooi werk; ooit zo'n 4 jaar geleden bij de stichting begonnen als vrijwilliger en dat is mogen uitgroeien tot mijn baan. Ben er zeer blij mee. Ben in mijn werk verantwoordelijk voor o.a. de bezetting van de kookploegen, we hebben meer dan 100 vrijwilligers verdeeld over 2 keukens en 5 werkdagen. Daarnaast een groot deel van de administratie alsmede communicatie naar buiten en contact met o.a. gemeente en andere welzijnsorganisaties. In mijn werk en daarbuiten durf ik mijzelf te omschrijven als een rustig persoon. De vrije tijd die ik heb besteed ik hoofdzakelijk aan sporten. Veel hardlopen als voorbereiding op de ultra marathon's die ik graag loop. Het bereiden van goed en gezond voedsel als brandstof voor het sporten en sochtends voor werk en savonds voor het slapen lees ik graag boeken; informatief in de ochtend en ter vermaak savonds. De rest van mijn tijd gaat op aan familie en vrienden; en zondagochtend de mis in de oud katholieke kerk aan de binnenweg. Ik hoop met deze korte beschrijving uw interesse gewekt te hebben om mij als huurder te kiezen en kijk uit naar een antwoord.
