Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

Mijn naam is Tristan Schaake, ik ben 19 jaar en een Nederlands-Thaise student die Elektrotechniek aan de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) studeert. Momenteel rond ik mijn eerste studiejaar af en voor mijn tweede jaar ben ik op zoek naar een gezellig en meer permanente woonplek. Ik zoek een kamer (minimaal 16 m²) of studio binnen ongeveer 15–20 minuten fietsen van de universiteit, met een huurprijs tot €1000. In het weekend bezoek ik meestal mijn oma in Gennep, en tijdens vakanties ga ik soms naar familie in Thailand. Voor huur en borg staat mijn vader garant. Idealiter zoek ik een plek waar ik minimaal 12 maanden kan blijven, zodat ik een stabiele basis heb voor mijn studie.
