Hallo! Wij zijn een rustig en verantwoordelijk stel: twee fulltime studenten die beiden 38 uur per week werken. Ik zit in mijn tweede studiejaar en mijn vriendin Ruslana in haar vierde jaar (graduation internship). Wij hebben allebei een stabiel maandelijks inkomen van ongeveer €2000. Door Ruslana’s afstudeerstage zijn wij op zoek naar een appartement of studio in of rondom Rotterdam. Wij leven eenvoudig: onze grootste uitgaven zijn boodschappen en brandstof. We hebben twee auto’s en gebruiken die vooral voor werk en studie. Hygiëne is voor ons heel belangrijk. Ruslana heeft een stofallergie, waardoor wij de woning elke 2–3 dagen schoonmaken. Onze huidige woning is in perfecte staat, en we zorgen altijd netjes voor onze leefruimte. We hebben geen huisdieren, niet het type dat feest, en alcoholgebruik is minimaal. Wij hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We respecteren altijd de privacy, rust en regels van buren en verhuurders. Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. Daarnaast sparen wij actief voor onze toekomstige bruiloft en een eigen business-startup, dus wij gaan verstandig met geld om. Indien nodig kunnen onze ouders optreden als garant. Wij zoeken een betaalbare, nette en rustige plek waar we kunnen slapen, eten en herstellen van onze drukke dagen. We are looking for an affordable, clean, and cozy place where we can rest, cook, and recharge after long days. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
