Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad.
