As a tenant I am tidy, respectful, and low-maintenance, and have been renting consistently in Amsterdam for the last year, with a lessor statement available. I take good care of my environment, always pay rent on time, and value open, friendly communication with the landlord. I am a non-smoker, with no pets. I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor.
