I’m a chef and I’m very excited to work in the Netherlands employed at a Groningen hotel! I’m a dual Italian/US citizen who loves to travel, the outdoors, reading, and Dutch chocolate. I’m looking for a room or studio apartment under €1000 per month, possibly nearby shops and quiet area. But I’m open to suggestions. I’m quiet but don’t mind noise from other roommates as long as it’s not past 2-3 in the morning too often. Every once in a while is ok. I get it. I have a very tolerant personality. I spend most of the time at work and on my days off I shop, clean house, read or go out for a bike ride or a stroll in the park. I have a 13 year old cat who’s very quiet and clean. He just eats a lot. I’ve been employed for several years in the US, Italy, Germany, and in the Netherlands the years 2023-2024. I have sufficient savings and, if needed, I can provide a guarantor, or extra deposit.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
