I’m already fully settled in the Netherlands and registered here, with a BSN and Dutch bank account. I also continue to have income and financial assets from the United States and can provide documentation demonstrating sufficient financial means and the ability to comfortably meet the rental obligations. I’m a responsible, clean and respectful tenant and am looking for a comfortable home in Groningen where I can live during my studies and professional life here. I can provide all necessary documentation promptly, including proof of enrolment, identification/residence documents, proof of income and financial means, and other supporting documents if required. Ideally I'd love a place where we get along and sometimes hang out, cook together or grab a drink, but where everyone also gets their quiet time when they need it. Hoi! Ik ben 22 jaar en kom uit Amersfoort. Momenteel zit ik in mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Social Work. Naast mijn studie werk ik in een bakkerij en restaurant. Vanaf september ga ik aan de slag in de forensische zorg, waar ik ontzettend veel zin in heb! In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag bezig met dansen, koken en bakken. Ik vind het gezellig om met vriendinnen af te spreken, samen lekker te eten en ondertussen een muziekje op te zetten. Ik ben sociaal, spontaan en sta zeker open voor leuk contact met huisgenoten. Samen koken, een drankje doen of gezellig bijkletsen vind ik dan ook erg leuk. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook fijn om af en toe een rustige avond te hebben. Een avondje op de bank met een goede film of serie kan ik daarom ook zeker waarderen.
