Ik ben Joram, 18 jaar oud zit in mijn eerste jaar civiele techniek in Delft. Ik zit naast de studie ook bij de Bolk (kleinere gezelligheidsvereniging) en voetbal bij Ariston. Ik ben gek op de bossen waar ik graag hardloop en wandel. En die zijn helaas niet zo te vinden in Leiden. Ik bezoek de nodige musea en ben te vinden in verschillende koffiebarretjes en bakkertjes. Ik ben een zeer nette, trouwe en sociale huurder. Hekel aan vieze vaat waardoor ik gelijk alles afwas want een vaatwasmachine is niet (altijd) aanwezig. Tot slot, wonen in de regio Utrecht zou een hoop rust brengen waardoor ik weer tijd heb om mijn familie en vrienden te bezoeken.
