Mijn naam is Yindee, ik ben 20 jaar en zal per 1 september IBA studeren aan de VU. Ik ben een nette en verantwoordelijke student die op zoek is naar een fijne woonplek in Adam. Ik ben al behoorlijk zelfstandig. Thuis woon ik alleen met mijn moeder, dus betaal ik kostgeld, draag ik bij aan het huishouden en kook ik regelmatig voor ons beiden. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. If a tenancy agreement is reached, we can also arrange payment of the security deposit and the first month’s rent without delay.
