Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd. Dit contract loopt af op 14-06-2026. Van mijn huidige verhuurder heb ik een positieve huurdersverklaring en in overleg is een eerdere overstap naar een nieuwe woning mogelijk. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. Indien gewenst kan een ouder garant staan met een jaarinkomen van €83.000.

Ik ben dit jaar gestart met studeren en ik doe nu Taalwetenschap. Ik ben druk in de weer met studeren en alles wat hierbij komt kijken, maar hiernaast turn ik nog 6 uur in de week en geef ik ook turntraining aan een voorbereidende wedstrijdgroep.
