First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

Goedendag allemaal, Ik ben opzoek naar een plekje waar ik kan gaan wonen zodra ik begin met mn studie natuur en bosbeheer bij van yuverta in het jaar 2026 op 1 september. Over mij: Nou, ik ben dus Nout, 21 jaar oud. Ik woon op dit moment zelfstandig op mn eigen verdieping boven mn oma en opa in hoofddorp. Dit bevalt me goed maar ligt toch een beetje uit de buurt van Velp. Ik hou van kickboksen, tekenen, schrijven, lezen en knutselen. Ook ben ik erg geïnteresseerd in geologie en ecologie. I come from Latvia, which is a very green and less populated country in Europe near the Baltic sea. I am also currently in the process of learning Dutch and can already understand it a bit My hobbies include doing various crafts and art projects, like painting, crocheting or making board games. I also like exercising and various sports, every week I go to RSC for an Aikido lesson (which is a harmonious and harmless martial arts).
