Hi there, I am a young professional living in the Netherlands for a few years now. I don't smoke and have no pets.

Hallo! Mijn naam is Viktoriia Yeromina, ik ben 18 jaar oud en kom uit Oekraïne. Ik woon nu al anderhalf jaar in Nederland. Momenteel volg ik op afstand een opleiding tot kostuumontwerpster aan een Oekraïense college (Ik ben bezig met het tweede jaar van de vier). Ik ben toegelaten tot Summa Fashion in het centrum van Eindhoven voor het studiejaar 2026-2027 (opleiding Basismedewerker Fashion, MBO 2). Momenteel woon ik in Kerkrade, dus ik ben actief op zoek naar woonruimte dichter bij mijn studieplek. Wat meer over mijzelf en mijn karakter: Ik houd erg van alles wat mooi en esthetisch is. Mijn kamer moet absoluut een eigen ‘sfeer’ hebben, meestal in één bepaalde kleur. Tegelijkertijd ben ik financieel verantwoordelijk en zuinig – bij mij zullen de water- en elektriciteitsmeters zeker niet plotseling omhoogschieten! Ik ben netjes. Ik kan geen rommel verdragen, ruim de keuken altijd meteen op en leg mijn spullen op hun plek. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Ik heb geen schadelijke gewoontes, maar als ik er één zou moeten kiezen, zou dat zeker koffie zijn. Ik ben zowel spontaan als gestructureerd. Ik neem afspraken heel serieus en respecteer persoonlijke grenzen, maar ben er altijd voor in om spontaan een kopje thee te drinken met een buurman of een wandeling te maken. Ik houd van stilte en rust, maar draag graag bij aan een vrolijke sfeer. Creativiteit en hobby’s: Ik ben veelzijdig en kan vrijwel elk gespreksonderwerp aan. Ik schilder op doek en op de computer. Ik kan basgitaar spelen (maar maak je geen zorgen, ik heb momenteel geen instrument, dus ik zal geen lawaai maken). Soms schrijf ik, als ik daar zin in heb, muziek op de computer. Ik hou ook van computerspellen: van dynamische shooters en horrorspellen tot rustige, relaxte simulatiespellen. Ik ben een heel open persoon en heb respect voor alle culturen en achtergronden. Een vriendelijke, warme en inclusieve sfeer in huis is voor mij ontzettend belangrijk :3 Talen: Oekraïens – moedertaal Russisch – moedertaal Nederlands B1 Engels B1 Ik begrijp ook gedeeltelijk andere Slavische talen Mijn financiën en stabiliteit: Op dit moment ben ik volledig gefocust op mijn verhuizing, dus werk ik tijdelijk niet. Ik beschik echter over een solide financiële buffer, die gegarandeerd voldoende is voor de eerste maanden huur en energiekosten. Indien nodig kan ik zonder problemen een bankafschrift overleggen. Zodra ik me op mijn nieuwe plek heb geïnstalleerd, ben ik van plan een bijbaantje te zoeken (bijvoorbeeld als serveerster). Mocht het zoeken naar een woning langer duren, dan ben ik bereid om elk beschikbaar baantje aan te nemen om in mijn eigen onderhoud te voorzien en mijn huur en energierekeningen op tijd te betalen. Als mijn profiel u aanspreekt en u op zoek bent naar een verantwoordelijke, nette en creatieve huurster, dan zou ik heel blij zijn met uw reactie!

Hi, I have to leave my lovely shared house in IJburg, so I am looking for a room or apartment (preferred from the 1st of July 2026, flexible between now and September) I am calm, work full time at an EU institution and prefer to live in a quieter area (away from main roads). I love biology, psychology, neuroscience and everything related. In my free time I care for my plants, go to yoga or have board game nights.
