I work as a ghostwriter — commissioned biographies, mostly — which means I work from home, keep my own hours, and am generally a quiet presence around the house. No wild schedules, no noise, no mess. I spent years in publishing and film production before going independent, so I tend to be pretty organized and self-sufficient. I'm leaving Italy to get back into academia, pick up a side job, and be closer to my girlfriend who's already in the Netherlands. As a flatmate, I'm calm, tidy, and genuinely respectful of shared spaces — the kind of person who cleans up after himself and doesn't need to be asked twice. Hoi, ik ben Delmer! Ik ben 18 jaar oud en Ik woon in zuid-Friesland. Op dit moment ben ik tweede jaars toegepaste psychologie student op de Hanze in Groningen, maar ik begin volgend jaar aan de opleiding Psychologie op de UU. Door deze verhuizing van opleiding ben ik opzoek naar een kamer in Utrecht of een dorp/stad in de omliggende omgeving. Ik ben van nature een sociaal persoon en kan ook rustig overkomen, daarom heb ik ook voor psychologie gekozen.
