Hey! I'm a student looking to forward her studies in real estate at Saxion university of applied sciences. I'll be moving in 2027 to the Netherlands from the Caribbean, therefore I'm searching for housing with registration in the area of Utrecht so that I can be close to school but also a bit closer to my sisters. I prefer a studio or apartment but my budget is within the 600s to 700. If I do have to share a house with roommates I prefer girls as I am a girl myself and internationals if possible but I am open to all races. I am clean and punctual when it comes to my responsibilities so I know I'll make a good tenant.

Hoi! Ik ben Daniel (27), oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland, en vanaf oktober begin ik als fulltime onderzoeksmedewerker aan de TU Delft, waar ik onderzoek doe binnen de sociologie van klimaatfinanciering. Ik heb net mijn studie in Londen afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om aan mijn eerste "echte" baan te beginnen.
