I am a 54 year old professional relocating to The Hague to take up a senior position with the International Baccalaureate. After that I will work hybrid, usually three days in the office and two days from home. Approximately every other week I will travel to my home in Spain from Wednesday until Monday, so I will regularly be away for several days. I also travel a great deal for work. I am open to either a room in a shared home or a suitable independent property, furnished or unfurnished, and to both short term and long term arrangements. I am looking to move in around 31 August or 1 September. My priorities are reliable WiFi, a washing machine, a quiet environment suitable for occasional home working, and reasonable cycling distance to the IB Global Centre. I can pay the first month's rent and one month's deposit at the start of the tenancy. I am looking for somewhere that feels like a pleasant, respectful home rather than simply a place to sleep, and would be very happy to live with someone who values an easy going, considerate household.
