Hallo! My name is Isa and I am a 21 year old girl from Sweden. I have lived in Amsterdam for 11 months now, renting a room in the house of a 63 year old woman. I have paid €900 on time each month since moving in. I spend most of my days at work, but I have a lot of hobbies I partake in as well. I studied literature at Lund's University 2023-2025 as I have a great interest in literature, my favourite literary era being the romantic period of the mid 19th century. In Sweden I was also a collector of Swedish ceramics and porcelain, mainly objects produced between 1850 and 1940. This interest has been put on hold since moving though. I also paint, taking inspiration from the early modernism of the 1910s-1930s. I now need to find a new home, temporary or permanent, as the woman I rent from needs my room for family. Registration is optional. I am honestly happy with just a roof over my head, but I would prefer a place where I can live independently. Thank you!

Ik word financieel ondersteund door zowel mijn eigen spaargeld als door mijn ouders, die ook bereid zijn garant te staan voor eventuele huurcontracten. Ik ben erg dankbaar dat ik op hun steun kan rekenen. Een beetje over mij als persoon: mijn hobby’s zijn zwemmen, bordspellen, programmeren en videogames. Daarnaast speel ik graag een potje sudoku of schaak wanneer ik daar de tijd voor heb. Ik heb voor Nederland gekozen vanwege de wereldwijd erkende expertise op het gebied van civiele techniek. De Universiteit Twente sprak mij in het bijzonder aan vanwege de unieke campusomgeving en de zeer internationale studentenpopulatie. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een zeer verantwoordelijke en georganiseerde persoon. Ik vind het belangrijk om gedeelde ruimtes netjes te houden, mijn eigen rommel op te ruimen en ervoor te zorgen dat huishoudelijke taken op tijd worden gedaan. Ik geloof dat rekening houden met elkaar en betrouwbaar zijn belangrijke eigenschappen zijn bij het samenwonen. Momenteel ben ik Nederlands aan het leren, hoewel ik nog niet op een niveau ben waarop ik vloeiend gesprekken kan voeren.
