My name is Tess, I am 21 years old (French), and I am moving to Amsterdam this September for a 1-year Master’s degree in Law at UvA so I’m currently looking for a room or studio for the new academic year. As a tenant, I am clean, quiet, and respectful of everyone’s space and of shared areas. I do not smoke and have no pets. I am also social, open-minded, I love meeting new people and exploring new places. In my free time, I love wandering around the city, have coffee with friends and I also do bouldering ! Regarding the financial criteria, my parents will act as my guarantors. They have a stable combined gross annual income of €120,000. I have a complementary student income of about €1300 / month as I work alongside my studies. I have all supporting documents ready to share immediately. I am Jira, Nigerian, 24, lived in the Netherlands for almost 7 years, previously living in Ireland and Nigeria in the past.
