I'm looking for a place to settle into for the long term rather than something short-term — stability matters to me, and I imagine it does to you too. A bit about us as tenants: we're quiet, tidy, and easy to deal with. I take care of the place I live in and treat it like it's my own. Rent and bills are always paid on time — that's non-negotiable for me. We're both non-smokers, we don't have pets, and we're respectful of neighbours when it comes to noise. We're sociable and friendly but not the type to throw parties or cause trouble. Outside of work and studies, I'm into running, reading, coding, and socializing with friends, when I have the free time to do it. I can provide everything you'd need to feel confident: employment contract, proof of income, and references from my current landlord. I'm happy to share these whenever it's useful. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
